Secure Virtual Consultation

Dr. Evan Sorokin believes that distance should not stand in the way of improving your self-confidence, well-being, and beauty. He offers the option of a virtual consultation so that people living outside of the area, those with very busy schedules, or those who prefer the privacy of an online pre-consultation can receive a preliminary assessment from a highly-qualified, board-certified New Jersey plastic surgeon.

What to Expect

The virtual consultation is not a replacement for an in-office consultation with Dr. Sorokin. After reviewing the information and photographs you submit here, we will respond by letting you know if we think we can help and will schedule a time for you to meet Dr. Sorokin in person. He will answer any further questions and discuss your options when you see him at his office.

The virtual consultation process is simple. Simply fill out the form below, attach 2 to 4 photographs of the area you wish to improve, and send it on to us. We will review your case and respond promptly. If you are a candidate and are ready to visit the office, rest assured that we have had many patients fly in for surgery, so we can provide travel support for all aspects of your "plastic surgery getaway."
