New Jersey Plastic Surgery Before & After Photos

This 50 year old lady had previous breast augmentation by a different Philadelphia cosmetic breast surgeon. Despite having picked a popular breast surgeon she was extremely disappointed with the results. She had actually had a revision of the first operation performed and still was left with asymmetric, odd shaped breasts. She came to see Dr. Sorokin in southern NJ as she had heard that he focuses his practice on breast enhancement and performs a large number of revisional surgeries. Many plastic surgeons do not want to become involved in the poor results of another surgeon as they are very difficult to fix. Dr. Sorokin understands that these cases are often quite difficult to repair and perfection is difficult to achieve and still believes that attempts to fix these problems (when safe) are the right thing to do. This patient presented with a classic double bubble deformity. As you can see in her preoperative photos, the left breast has a very clear demarcation curve on the inferior portion of the breast. This leads not only to a poor appearance, but also makes fitting in bras and bathing suits quite difficult. She was swtiched from saline implants to silicone gel implants a breast release/relaxing techniques were used to modify the double bubble deformity. This patient is extremely happy with her results at 6 months. She is symmetric with normal appearing breast shape. While she still has very mild residual contour issues they are vastly improved from preoperative.
