Benefits of Microdermabrasion

VISIA takes a multi-spectral image of your face, revealing underlying skin concerns like discolorations and wrinkles, and maps out the affected areas. Using the images produced by VISIA, Dr. Sorokin can make customized recommendations based on your needs.
Simple Treatments
Microdermabrasion treatments are gentle, pain free, and performed right in our office. Instead of using potentially irritating loose aluminum oxide crystals to polish the skin, we use the particle-free DiamondTome™ system with a diamond-tipped wand. There is no required recovery period, so you can return to your normal activities immediately after your treatment. While your skin will likely feel smoother and softer after the very first microdermabrasion, we usually recommend a series of 3 to 8 treatments spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart to maximize your results.
